Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Directed Energy and Tracking Systems Program team. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing life cycle development of multiple products.

You'd like to do this
    Balances business' capabilities and values with the wants and needs of the customer, defining the strategy behind and creation of products.
  • Establishes the long-term vision for the product that fulfills this strategy.
  • Deep understanding of the product, its goals, its market, and the customer needs that it fulfills. Conducts research into customer's needs and missions, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors.
  • Supports product maturation through configuration management.
  • Supports the production development and milestone management.
  • Builds and reinforces customer feedback loops through a variety of mechanisms to ensure that product engineering team continuously receives up-to-date information on customer interaction with the product.
  • Envisions and develops new product concepts, designs, and/or enhancements to existing product design that reflect market and user requirements.
  • Participates in all phases of the product development lifecycle to act as the voice of the customer, including analysis, design, testing, integration, and delivery of products.
  • Develops sales forecasts and implements pricing schedules that provide revenue and margins growth while remaining competitive in the market.
You're required to have this

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • Active DoD Clearance is Preferred
  • Proven experience in product management, particularly in a manufacturing or aerospace setting.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, production management, and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with both internal teams and external customers.
  • Leadership and team management skills to effectively oversee schedulers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the counter UAS industry and the latest developments in UAS technology is a significant advantage.
