Shift: 2nd, Monday - Friday, 2:45pm - 10:45pm

Job Summary:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, maintain, calibrate, and align CNC and associated machinery. We are looking for a technician who can support the maintenance team in continual improvements and increase machine uptime in a large modern machine shop. This is a multi-craft technician role.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to understand and follow operating procedures and best practices
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills, able to participate in a team environment
  • Knowledge of various automatic control systems, processes and methodologies in a manufacturing environment; ability to design, implement and maintain automatic production systems/processes to improve productivity and efficiency
  • Experience in a CNC machining environment
  • Ability to safely work on and diagnose electrical issues (110-480v)
  • Knowledge and ability to identify replacement parts.
  • Knowledge and experience with Fanuc robots and controls
  • Knowledge of plumbing, pipefitting, pneumatics, and hydraulics
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools and techniques; ability to anticipate, recognize and resolve technical (mechanical,electrical, systems or operational) problems in a manufacturing environment.
  • Preferred knowledge in Siemens, Fanuc, Allen Bradley, Seiko, Hitachi, Haas,HEIDENHAIN, Mazatrol controls
  • Knowledge of CMMS systems (SAP,Limble)
  • Knowledge and ability of rigging equipment and components.
  • Ability to read blueprints and follow schematics
  • Strong desire to learn and work in a team environment
