Job Description
We have an outstanding career opportunity for a Program Manager to join a leading Company located in the Dayton, OH surrounding area.
**US Citizenship is required.**
**Candidate must possess an Active Top Secret Security Clearance, with the ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.**

Basic Hiring Criteria:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
- Minimum 10 Years of related experience
- Managed organizations of up to 75+ FTE
- Experience in running teams made up of multiple (10+) subcontractors
- Experience managing in a Data Center environment
- Understanding of network environments
- Understanding of Windows/RHEL and STIGs
- Understanding of Government IT Security requirements
- On-site experience working with Government customers (SES level)
- Certifications:
- PMP (at the start or within 3 months of start)
- ITIL V4 (within 6 months of start)
- One of Windows, RHEL, and Network technical certifications for 8570/8140 certification
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's Degree or above preferred
- High-Performance Computing experience
- Experience in an Air Force contracting environment
