SUMMARY
Creates, edits, and delivers photo and video content for ClarkDietrich from state-of-the-art in-house studio. Works closely with Vice President of Marketing, Category Managers and outside marketing agency on market campaigns and product launches. Adhere to and promote company values by performing duties in a manner that is consistent with begin a team leader and supports the continued growth of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
*Works with creative agency with VP of Marketing and Category Managers on overseeing content creation for clarkdietrich.com
*Works with Web Content and Technology Managers to ensure website branding is correct.
*Works with Marketing Specialist to ensure all print literature branding is correct.
*Supports agency with A+ content while coordinating with category managers.
*Monitoring the competition-online, digital print, marketing, and advertising efforts-creates monthly reports for strategy purposes.
*Product campaigns-assist category managers with development and executes.
*Works with category managers on internal product training; executes the plan; Can supplement external.
*Works with VP of Marketing to create and execute customer facing product training programs.
*Collaborates with category mangers and external agency to develop and create effective product videos that are consistent with current brand campaign. (TFWM)
*Produce media content including videos with internal and external talent to promote ClarkDietrich Human Resource efforts. Collaborate with outside creative agency.
*Produce photography and video content for ClarkDietrich events for marketing & social media.
*Manages in house studio.

Qualifications:
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, engaging and professional presentation skills
*Detailed knowledge of current online tools, SEO and agency objectives.
*Must be capable of making an organized and persuasive presentation in person.
*Thorough knowledge of products represented, as well as products of competitors
*Must be well organized.
*Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat & Photoshop
*Studio (photography/videographer) experience-min 2 years.
*Excellent time management skills
*Goal oriented

Education and/or Experience:
*College degree strongly preferred or a minimum of 5 years in the construction or videography industry.

Reasoning Ability:
*Ability to analyze complex data & provide effective feedback.

Work Environment:
*Corporate office and occasional travel for events, shoots, interviews, etc.
