Position Summary:
Milacron is looking for aMachine Runoff Technicianto join our team inAfton, Ohio. As aMachine Runoff Technicianyou will be responsible for testing machines and troubleshooting equipment to validate our customer's standards are being met. Working as part of a team and the ability to multitask are essential skills needed for this role.
What you'll do:
Test machines, equipment, and subassemblies following specifications
Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical machine problems
Know, understand, and use the Missing Parts System
Document the runoff process and complete any required paperwork
Read, comprehend, and interpret assembly layouts, hydraulic circuits, and wiring diagrams
Recognize any part malfunctions and take corrective action as needed
Other duties may be assigned
Basic Requirements:
Minimum of an Associate Degree in Industrial Electricity, Electronic Engineering technology or related field or equivalent vocational/technical training and experience
Ability to use multiple programs and software utilities simultaneously
Ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lift 50lbs
