Details about the Program Therapist position we are hiring for:

The Program Therapist provides individual and group psychotherapy, case management, and family interaction as needed. They are responsible for maintaining a thorough and accurate clinical record for each client. Documentation must be kept so that all requirements of State licensing standards which govern our programs are met along with the requirements for Joint Commission. The program therapist creates and maintains a therapeutic relationship with our client to achieve optimal results through our program.

Requirements:

• Active LCSW, LPC/LMHC or LMFT Licensure
• Required Master's Degree in related field, required
• 3+ years working as a Therapist, preferred
• Experience working with the elderly population and aging adults, preferred
• Must demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as an individual
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the public
• Must be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others
• Must meet all health requirements and pass background check
