Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a System Test Manager to support the AFLCMC/HNJT division at Hanscom AFB, MA. The System Test Manager will support system integration and test activities for program requirements. The engineer will develop and execute test scripts, test plans, and capabilities - based testing cases towards validation of the system requirements. The Engineer will have the ability to support system engineering processes to ensure requirements are testable, to develop test plans and procedures, and to allocate requirements to test levels, test methodologies, test cases, and test steps. This engineer will provide technical guidance and review as needed throughout the system acquisition life cycle.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret level Clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility
Education: Master's Degree in Engineering or related technical field
Years’ experience: 3-10+ years of experience in IT software testing to include developing and implementing test plans, test procedures, and test reports
Certifications: Security+
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: CISSP

Travel: Frequent travel (CONUS) 3-5 days per month
